Helville's Finish-Ville Polish is the final step of preparation before applying a Helville Coating or Sealant. Finishes the Paint as well as laying down a primer for greater adhesion of coating.
Directions: Before applying, ensure the vehicle is in a well-lit, temperature-controlled environment (between 50°F and 85°F or 10°C to 30°C), free from contaminants. Have at least four clean microfiber towels, two or three microfiber finishing pads, and adequate lighting on hand.
Begin by shaking the CERAMIC PRIMER bottle vigorously for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
After wiping the panel with Clay Prep and preparing it for polishing, apply 3-4 small drops of Finish-ville to a microfiber finishing pad to "prime" the pad. Start the polisher at a low speed (1-2) to evenly distribute the product over the working area. Once it's spread, increase the speed to medium (3-4) and make 1 to 2 passes. Wipe the area clean with a soft microfiber towel.
After the first pass, the pad will be primed, and you'll need less product for subsequent sections. Typically, 2 drops will be sufficient for each 2' x 2' area. Continue working around the vehicle until all sections are polished.
Allow a minimum of 1 hour after wiping the Finish-ville to begin applying the Hellville Ceramic Coating to the section.
Do not use Clay Prep after applying Finish-ville and before coating.
